Paul says. “I believe the services offered by our programmes are invaluable to any individual or business. That’s because the knowledge we put into our training programmes has been developed hands-on - at the coalface, and not from textbooks. Our programmes are enthusiastically delivered in a language easily understood by anyone who works in the retail sector and I’d like to think we give real meaning to the learning experience – Why? By 1986 he had already achieved the position of General Manager and from then until 1999, Paul held senior dealership positions within the Arlington Group, Lex Retail Group and the Midlands based Ryland Group. “In 1999, we formed the automotive training consultancy to offer the value of our experience to the people who matter most in any service industry – our front-line staff”. A student of psychology, Jill recognises that her skills enable her to make an important contribution to the psychological and behavioural elements of all the Roseham Automotive development programmes. Jill has worked in the Customer Service Operations of British Gas plc and has also spent a number of years as an executive secretary working for the Chief Executive, Directors and General Managers of a Cheltenham based, national financial institution.
